This mushroom hunting / foraging video was recorded between June and November 2023 in Czechia and Slovakia, Europe. It shows the best finds of the season and picking of the following mushroom species: Cep / Penny bun / King bolete (Boletus edulis), Summer cep (Boletus reticulatus / Boletus aestivalis) and Pine bolete (Boletus pinophilus).

Excellent video and beautiful forests! I’m happy with morels at the moment but this makes me long for Boletus season.

Thank you. Here in Europe I'm awaiting morels to start in my area very soon. And then probably in June, the Boletus season could start.

@@LukesMushrooms in my region of the US (southeastern) the timeline is much the same as yours. And once started the Boletus can continue all the way into October.
