Thank you for flagging this, sorry haven't been able to work for about a year, and just recently could turn ads on again (if you keep them off, it hurts KZbin and having them allows me to spend my time on making content). Didn't realize this was on my default, so I turned them off on my new videos. Thanks again!

oh wow! I really needed this after a long day at work... I was surprised I could do so many of the "hard" versions, I definitely improved since last summer :) I have trouble with 1 exercise though, when you sit on your side with both legs straight and you're supposed to lift your hip & side... my shoulder that supports my side hurts like crazy every time I lift my hip :( I tried with different angles but no luck, I don't know why :( I don't have issues with any other shoulder exercise...

Hi!!! Hannah, your videos are tremendous I can workout and relaxed at the same time. PLEASE, maybe you have done or will done an special class about pectoral muscles pilates video you can advise me to strengthen or firm breast. I enjoy and love your pilates videos... however my bust size is about cupD and I was looking for a pilates video to keep themself in trim 🙃 nobodies have this problemmm😅
