Hello Nathalie! This was the first workout I've done of yours, and I absolutely loved it! I'm a dancer, and this really works the muscles I'm trying to strengthen for my dancing. I also appreciated the coaching and guidance you gave throughout the entire duration of this workout. I hope to see your channel grow more in the future, you deserve it! P.S: The glute bridge section killed me, haha!

did it again this morning. I love the fact that we take time to warm up and then you just feel you are working deeper and deeper. This one also seems to be intense on targeting gluts more than other parts or is it just me struggling with that part ? ;)))) Cant wait for other variations that length ;)))) Thanks Nathalie.
