Can I ask you some questions 😅 Should I buy the wooden kalimba or the Kimi kalimba?(I'm a beginner) In my opinion,I love the Kimi kalimba more because it so pretty and I love the sound but I need more suggestions lol I hope you can reply me byee have a great day/night!

Would suggest the wooden one, acrylic kalimbas are heavier than the wooden, and requires high maintenance. The wooden (both hollow and flat board) are also louder than the acrylic... But the choice is yours

The wooden kalimba is much more easier to play as a beginner, Robin (Tip's kalimba) stated that in another one of her videos. I'm a beginner myself and have bought an acrylic kalimba, in my perspective its actually not that difficult to play an acrylic one! You just need to pluck the tines a bit harder, and it also is quite heavier than the wooden one. Overall though I haven't had any difficulties with it! (Im still learning so I'm sorry if any thing is wrong in the comment I just wrote!) I'll be off topic here but I hope somebody could help me here. Recently, my friend has been talking how she would like to get a kalimba but can't afford it now and on one day I have found a quite affordable no-brand kalimba on my search through 1000 little things shop we have back here. It's a small 5-key one and I've tuned it to c-dur, but since I have myself a 21-key gecko kalimba, I have no idea where to get some tabs for a 5-key. The thing is, my friend is going in three weeks on a exchange student program for a year and I've wanted to make it kind of a goodbye/birthday present for her. Last time I will see her before her departure is in two weeks. I've wanted to ask if you could recommend me some simple 5-key tabs to give with it before she finds herself a bigger one if she enjoy it. Thank you for your answer beforehand, bye!

So, I bought a b major gecko flat board kalimba accidentally, which is annoying because I can't find any music for it. I tried to tune it to a d major, but the tine won't move, and then I try another one and it moves and entire note down. I now have a very messed up kalimba that will not tune - can anyone help?
