It's nice that finally a session that is not static and only on the mat. Well, but it's definitely not pilates for someone who enjoys a decent workout. Rather, it's for beginners or people who are physically weaker

I like Standing Pilates, but some other instructors' classes have too much lunging, which bothers my arthritic knees. I found this class pretty knee-friendly, and really appreciate that you acknowledge that some movements can be hard on the knees for some participants,

Hii i just wanted to say that I loved this workout as it was so relaxing to me My only question is: does it really burn around 500 calories, as usually when I have to burn 500 cal in the gym, I have to do so much - running at least 40 mins two times, much cardio, much sweating etc. But this was so calming and relaxing that I was asking myself "am i doing something wrong? Do I really burn calories right now?" Etc. So just wanted to ask about that, thank youu 💕

Hi thats a legit question 💛 calories burned depends on weights, ages, hormone, workout conditions so there won’t be exact measure for everyone. More sweat doesn’t mean more calories burn, it’s just how your body regulates temperature. The more muscles you have will help you burn more calories. So consistent workout will help you build more muscles and therefore help more with the calories you can burn. Hope it helps

Hi, hi! Just a question *again lol*. I’ve always wondered why pilates and your videos, when doing ab exercises, we don’t put our hands under our butt? I think normally people do this to keep their lower back from arching.

Hi!! It depends on each person’s weight, age, hormone level, conditions. I weight 100 lbs and this burnt 289 calories for me. I hope it helps x

Not everyone would burn the same so mentioning any kinda calorie burn would be dishonest but thank you .
