I don't know if it was this workout out in particular but I was stuck at 114 - 113 pounds for a month but this workout has broke my plateau! The fat literally melted off so quickly, I'm now at 110 lbs, which was my goal!!! :D

Start doing pilates from today cause I'm sick of cardio and running. My weight now is 47 kg and my height is about 150 cm Day 1 : Completed Day 2 : Completed Day 3 : Completed After following this workout along with a 10 minute yoga practice in the morning , I feel that my body is healthier in some way, my legs feel smaller and more toned Day 4 Completed

This is such a good workout when you are just returning from a long hiatus from exercise. I had a back injury so I haven't been doing any of my cardio and my stamina and strength have decreased significantly. I could only do 8 minutes of this today because my hand started hurting and I don't want to spark another injury but I am definitely going to try again tomorrow to see if I can get to 10 minutes. Hopefully, by a week or 2, I can do the full thing. Thank you for this Monday 15/11 - 8:36 Tuesday 16/11 - 11:22 Thursday 18/11 - I DID THE WHOLE THING!

I decided to try pilates for the first time with the goal to lose weight, so i searched up and this video came to my sight (i'm not afraid of not begginer friendly workouts so i wanted to start it😂). The first day was so tough, like i thought i was going to die! But when i did it again today for the second time, for some reason i did it with ease(still burnt tho). Like the time passed so quick, which makes me realise how strong my body became after just one time doing it. Its crazy to think what my body can do and how far it can take me. I just want to thank you for making me feel like a more strong, fit, and independent woman!

So many people are saying that these are easy for beginners, girl, what? If done correctly, some of these exercises are very hard to do! Especially the one where you lift your hands and legs up high at the same time. I am pretty fit already but I cannot do it properly, but I’m sure I’ll get there soon! I have started this two weeks ago and I can see a difference already, pretty shocked!

My first time doing pilates. It's hard but I enjoy it more than my abs workout. So currently 55.4 kg. My goals is 50 kg. Day 1: completed everything except three exercises bcs I can't, but I'll try again tomorrow😊😊 I follow the video without breaks and follow Hannah's tempo. Day 2: completed everythinh, except one exercise. My breath is getting better than day 1. Need a 1 minute breaks in the middle and towards the end of the video. Using my own tempo. Day 3: same as day 2. Day 4: rested. Day 5: Completed. Also better. Day 6: Doing great. But idk why my weight is going up. Also, I think I got a late period, maybe thats why my weight is up. But my body is toned. Especially in my belly. Day 7: Completed everything. Week 2 Day 8:

Today, I got on with the intention of doing a 30 minute workout, and your thirty minute video was right there on the home screen! I said, "Oh how PERFECT!!! Yay!" Your Pilates workouts are WONDERFUL. They are perfectly challenging, but not overwhelming.....to me at least. Your voice is also very calm, and gently encouraging. Keep making more vids, please! Just done it and feel liberated: by my dry fasting I'm really weak specially when I have to stand a long time, but whatever I need to move my body, so I chose that session and could do every exercise but on my rythme! Wow i actually wasnt expecting this to be such a tough workout. I thought it was just a light workout for people who wants to stretch their body whilst having a bit of the sweat. But i was wrong! I was sweating so much even on the first 15 mins 🤣. It was tough but i love how my body feels rejuvinate and zen afterwards❤

Great workout!! I used to think that in order to have a ‘good workout’, id have to burn a ton of calories. This still is super challenging but also a great way to really stretch and engage every single muscle instead of kinda throwing my body around!

@@tanveerkaur7381 no pilates doesnt burn a lot of calories in comparison to other high cardio exercises. But it does build muscle if you are consistent without feeling so fatigued or wiped after a workout video. But moving mango also offers more rigorous workouts that do burn a little more.

Wow, never thought id enjoy anything like this. I thought i was three minutes in but i was 20!! Loved this so much. I can feel my body working but it isn’t too tiring. Thank you so much!

I've been wanting to lose weight for years, but after a month and I become unmotivated and stop. I really like the idea of HIIT but hate doing it. This is my first time trying pilates and was sweating so much, going to continue with this and see if I can commit and get results. I probably need to see if there are beginner videos as well, because I'm not sure if my posture, arm and shoulder placement on the mat and "belly button in" is correct. :( Height: 165cm Weight:65kg 12/01/2021 - Day 1: Done

In general I am the biggest procrastinator !!🙈😂 But I must take hold of my life💖..in 2019 I lived on a hospital cot for 11 months caring for a sick loved one..I lost 20 kilos but I was living off nicotine and juice I kid you not.Then grief paired with PTSD and bipolar kicked in..OW then lockdown was put in affect and I decided to quit smoking plus I was eating my feeling🙈😔Yes I gained that all back !! I lost 4 kilos this summer by eating better..last week I ordered an exercise mat !!😍😍 tonight is New Years and I will make that change !! 🌈💕💚💜💙🌈 Thanks for listening and Take Care All..xoxoxo💋💋

ive tried so many of these videos but always get frustrated or think im not doing it right and just end up giving up, but this was really good to follow, exercises were managable even as a complete beginner and i do feel the benefits without being exhausted and crabby!

I'm used to doing cardio and weight workouts but because of the pandemic, I wasn't really able to do as much. So I wanted to try exercises that were stationary. I really enjoyed this workout so much!! It was still difficult and tiring, but I feel so much better afterward!!!

Happy the workout was enjoyable and met your needs Max! A lot of different types of athletes do Pilates once or twice a week, can be a good addition to a gym routine or endurance training schedule. Of course, like myself, many people do it daily too!

Best pilates . Initially it looks so easy but then it makes you sweaty
