Good morning, is there any chance to be able to legally use this song in my own production? Some KZbin tracks are available in Canva. Is there somewhere I can legally obtain this material for non-commercial use (meditation developed by NGO). Envato? Splice? Anything? Please let me know. Many thanks for what you are doing. Wonderful music. ♥️

I'm doing a brain spotting therapy session with my therapist for my CPTSD & this music 🎶🎵 is perfect! Thank you! ( For those who are not familiar with "Brain Spotting "it's similar to EMDR but different , it works amazingly to heal your brain from trauma and release trapped emotions in your body, it's easy, simple and effective!) Aloha

This is really amazing! I’ve been using for a few days now, just playing it on low while I do my daily stuff and it lowers my stress so much. It helps me to slow down and really feel what I’m doing. It gives life a gravity to it, and makes me feel so lucky to be alive.

Thank you, it's really very beautiful. I find that this one has a certain sadness, and I also use it for that these days, in addition to the peaks of anxiety. The animation is also very beautiful; I love imagining myself in a bubble-free diving suit, lying on the ocean floor near a paradise island. If I may share a bit about the technical side, I do an abdominal inhalation through the nose for 3 beats and exhalation through the mouth for 5 beats, which allows me to synchronize with the musical phrases. I measure my vitals before and after a 10-minute session: blood pressure, pulse, heart rate variability, electrodermal activity, and all indicate a profound reduction in stress. Thank you for the great sensitivity you put into your work.

Apparently I have some past trauma that's just fighting to come out. I was given the advice to listen to this type of music, and see how it affects me. It's beautiful, but I'm bawling like a baby! Is that what it means, that there's trauma that needs to be released?

Yes crying is a natural way of your body releasing tram-a….. especially if it’s happening out of your control… congratulation now can you can keep going…there’s a stigma around crying …. I’m an empath it’s like breathing to me..

My therapist told me the reason I have a difficult time starting and finishing chores and other tasks is due to my C-PTSD. Today, I decided to put bi-lateral music on and just start by doing some dishes. Normally, I am too depressed to do most anything. Since I've been playing the music in my earbuds I've accomplished more today than I have in a week! Healing realizations are coming to my mind. Very deep healing through understanding core pain trapped in my body and mind. Thank you for posting this music!
