I really appreciate that there is no music. Thank you!

TOTALLY agreed. The last video I found of this audio had a radio or something playing in the background.

Thank goodness. Why don't people realise that music is designed to arouse, stir, intrude, affect you in some way or another. Hubbub alone is perfect; it reminds me that life is still going on around me, that's all I need know, thus making it easier for my brain to then focus on other matters.

This is my favorite ambient cafe noise so far, nothing is too distinguishable to me to the point that it is too consistently distracting, but just enough to prevent my mind from wandering much.

(5 weeks into lockdown listening to this) Oh yeah that's the stuff!

This gives me so many memories, I used to go to a cafe with both my older brothers and mom a lot to eat breakfast. It's sad my brothers are full-grown-ups now and don't want to participate as much as they used to. Cause now I am their age when they DID join. I mainly go out with just my mom and her boyfriend or my dad and his girlfriend (plus two kids they got). It's still fun but.. just different. I really miss my childhood sometimes because I truly believe I had the best childhood a kid could wish for. (I'm fine, I'm not sad. I just wish to go back sometimes, that's all).

Enormous thanks to you, I am playing this track along with some random lo-fi radio to recreate the ambiance of work-and-study time in one of the amazing Montreal cafes. It has been tough to reconsider the normal habits acquired through the years, so I make me a cup of coffee and turn my back to the room and do my stuff, diving into this great ambiance to feel the beat of normal life once again :)

Didn't know how much I missed these sounds! Also, this is great for distracting from tinnitus sounds if you are alone in a quiet house.

I don't know why this helps me focus but it does. Thanks for not putting ads aswell. Im on phone

You associate this sound with safety because you learned if there is calm chatter around you, it is probably a relatively stable and secure environment. Higher level brain function can't happen well when it is an emotional state of fear. Same reason why individual liberties are always stolen by the State in a time of crisis like a terrorist attack or pandemic. The masses are too hysterical to process what is happening to them in the moment.

I listen to things like this every night, it makes me feel social and that I fit in for once, even though I am not social, I don't talk to anyone and I always feel like an alien, it's a horrible feeling but these videos help

haha totally! I also put another calm musical track along with it and study. We sometimes have a small break when the cafes reopen between the waves, but when it gets worse again I get back to this life-saving KZbin routine :)

What makes you think it's in Poland? I hear English and Spanish.
@ElineSandes5 жыл бұрын
@@jrspikeston8367 It might sound crazy but I heard people talking in English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese in this. Since the baristas are calling out in English I'm assuming it's a big city like New York or LA or Miami.
