Reading some of these comments brought me to tears . Iv been depressed for very long and i needed this , i lost my mother at the age of 5 and honestly i never moved on , and now last year my precious sisters aged 13 and 10 moved very far away from me for schooling purposes, i feel so alone i have no one with me now . It’ll be ok. Yes the depression is horrible. We may have different stories but I believe you and I both can identify with the pain. From pain comes growth. We do not grow when we’re comfortable. We grow in those moments of pain. We grow by having the faith in the darkest of times. I have been there. But I finally arrived to a place in my life I’ve never been. The depression is gone. Jesus entered my life. And this doesn’t mean u need to be religious. It’s funny cause when people see me they say what’s different about you?. U find religion or something???...... Just remember we're all human & we make mistakes we all suffer from pain in some shape or form. But we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, & we keep pushing forward. Being there for each other. This is dearly such a blessing. Keep being strong & show love & know that God is beside you even tho you can't see him. I'm there too but probably close by or distance apart. :-)

My mother and husband passed away four years ago, my mom in may, and my husband in August of the same year, and I haven’t been the same person ever since I have a hard time falling asleep, ever since I start to listen to the Calm App it helps a lot, it really calms me down it’s very soothing and bring some sort of peace too me, greaving for so long can be very bad for the mind body and soul, and also the loneliness is even worse, may who ever is going through what I am pray fully we will be happy and strong again.👩🏾❤️👏🏾😌

My husband, myself and even our 4 year old listen to this every night to go to sleep. It helps my four year old relax and fill the silence he doesn’t like. He’s off to sleep in no time once this is on and no bright screens keeping him awake either. Thank you!
