The best lectures available online for signals and systems, one concern, whoever choses to continue with the lectures and watch all of them, must know that lectures 7,9,13 and 16 are incomplete, so one must buy the book of oppenheim and willsky to cover up the incomplete part.

sir is saying that in discrete time signal between to consecutive time instant (say between t1 and t2) signal is not defined ,is not exist. now my question is when we sample,we doesn't consider all time value and that doesn't mean that the signal is not exist..we just not defined or represent It because all value is not necessary to represent in case of discrete signal .. not defined means not exist ?? pls anyone clear my doubt if there is any mistake in my concept .
@anuranbhattacharya9938
@anuranbhattacharya9938 7 жыл бұрын
It exists/is defined at all points of time only in continuous time signals. When you sample a continuous time signal, you get a discrete time signal where the interval between two consecutive signal "spikes" is Ts(sampling time). After sampling a continuous time signal, it becomes a discrete time signal where the signal between two consecutive discrete time points is not defined
