Sekar Sir, you’re doing excellent work! However, it might help if the bottom-level team receives some additional training. When someone approaches for investment suggestions, directly jumping into opening a mutual fund account might not be ideal. Instead, you could start by sharing a form to assess their market knowledge and past investments. Most users simply want to start a SIP, and there are already plenty of services for that. My suggestion is to refine your customer support process-ask the right questions during the initial interaction, make the user feel comfortable, and then move towards SIP once there’s mutual agreement. This small change could make a big difference! I tried reaching your team very early and backed out myself when the sales team is not replicating even what I know about the market. Just one man show will not take any business long.

We have several steps in the process which ensure there is ample understanding of the client. We do risk profiling for every client, ensure they do a financial health check test, and conduct suitability tests internally before they are made to invest. For clients with more evolved needs, we have trained specialists in financial planning handling them. But, we have no way to know who has evolved needs unless they tell us in their first interaction with us- which is form filling on website or messaging on our API numbers. Thanks for your feedback. Rest assured that we are only into institution building. And most of my time is spent on monitoring , improving and fine-tuning the process, work flow and investor experience.

I have reached my bigger milstone thru an another advisory sir. Probably i will use your PMS services sonetime in the near future. I havd recommended your milestonesrowealth to atleast 15 people. Most of them got back saying that they don't like thus regular fee model.. probably the platforms have seeded this very strongly. I think some other RIA type model will work I guess. Peiple are ready to give a flat fee. They think that they will reach one crore in next two months and why should i give one lakh per year! :/ Still, i keep recommending your videos and milestones to wealth to my friends and family..

RIA is more expensive than regular. I have run both models. I know the cost structure. People are misled by clickbait content. People pay far more fees for high quality advisory work as they grow richer. The cost of investment mistakes is never computed. It is far higher than fees.
