This house has a character. 1. Choice of planters inside could be better. 2. I am little skeptical abt the non-boxy rooms at the GF. 3. A basement could have added a lot of volume and value to this space. 4. If the construction cost is less than the land value per Sq. Ft. It is adviseable to go for the basement.
