This comment is dedicated to the company which has been in the Nepali automobile business for almost 3 decades: Before commenting on other brands and their presence in Nepal, first of all, improve your customer service. How many EVs (including the Kia Soul EV) has your company sold? And how many DC chargers has your company installed across Nepal? Even though your company has sold many EVs, there are almost no charging facilities provided to customers by Kia Nepal. Does your company remember all of those false promises you made to us, the early adopters of the Kia Soul EV?
