Basic Dough

Take 1 part of the dough
Add 1 egg yolk + 20gr butter or margarine
100gr chocolate chips

Bake at 150-160C for 20 minutes
Rose Chocolate
Take 1 part of the dough
200gr chocolate compound or DCC
80gr Cornstarch
1M syringe
Bake at 150C for 30 minutes
Once cold put in the refrigerator 10-20 minutes
Salted chocolate
Take 1 part of the dough
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp flour
