1 kg mutton
3 Onion
.50 gm curd
2-3 tomato
1 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3-4 red chilli whole
whole spices
4 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 spoon ginger garlic paste
.400 gm rice
