Hey Wayne! A great way to start by hitting up the Michelin star restaurant first! Locations/setting can be deceiving but that dish from your description is on point!! Also yea man the Thai chilies they use is on a different scale lol

haha ya I was surprised they sat me down under the stairs as well. But that was the only available spot at that time haha. They only had a few small tables available outside and those were all taken. But it was worth it as the food was amazing!

I already left Thailand, but I was there for 3 weeks. I have a bunch of Thailand videos ready to show for awhile haha. And I agree, its insanely cheap over in Thailand, food is everywhere and it all tastes so good =)

Hey Wayne. Do you know the name of the Restaurant that received all those Michelin stars? I'm guessing maybe the chefs received the stars. It's odd that the restaurant would sit you under the stairs. Lol! Very cool video.

The name of the restaurant should be "Kway Chap Uan Photchana". Ya, I thought it was odd too haha but they have only like 2-3 tables outside and they were all full so they sat me way inside lmao. Atleast the food was worth it xD
