Hi there, Thanks for your comment. I agree with you on SG Real estate market as it is impossible for a person to have a standalone house. A lot of SG nationals invest in overseas markets such AU/NZ as the returns are better. Coming to your second question, Living in Australia is awesome and not sure what cons are to live here.
