Apart from how beautiful the house is that painting really is the centrepoint of the whole house. I’m not sure if it was painted for the house or it was chosen for the house after it was painted. The beautiful colour harmonies really shines as a beacon to the rest of the house. This is how Art should be used correctly and not just as decoration to fill in blank walls. Few designers understand this and it is rarely used correctly like this

Billion dollar global insight to max profits and charity donations via monetisation in anime, real life, movies, gaming or thesis. Singapore is land scarce. Why not feedback to national or global architects, government officials, councils, and construction companies to consider recommending to home owners of private houses (e.g. good class bungalows, and terrace houses) on the benefits of building “max number of” basement floors as storage for their art works, bar, wine collection, disco, pool or gaming rooms? Think about it. Singapore government tunnel underground for trains and malls, why not for private homes to squeeze additional billions of dollars (more storage space, means the wealthy buy more luxury items to create jobs, and other considerations - I leave it to economics and other professors to fill in the details) per quarter out to boost the economy, max your profits, salary increase and charity donations. Lastly, monetise as architectural thesis where the “clutter items” are moved underground thus max open space in the ground and roof levels to accommodate more party guests or to max relaxation for solo living.
