1 Million Ton Crushing Project

We visited our project in West Central Minnesota where we’re showcasing both our production capacity, as well as our mine planning, reclamation, & land restoration capabilities.

At this site, we’ve been tasked by our customer to produce 1 million tons of throughput, to achieve 100,000 tons of concrete aggregate, which will be used at ready mix concrete plants throughout the area to construct everything from home foundations to ecommerce warehouses.

In addition, we show how wave managed the mining and reclamation of this site over the last decade to ensure that landscape is restored after mining is complete. The mining of this site is a temporary function of this landscape. Retired sections are being restored for agricultural purposes such as crop farming and livestock grazing.

Does the Highway Department not use this as winter sand. We are running out of this in Ontario . Love what you are doing to reclaim , as it was a damn hard sales pitch 50 yrs ago especially to family members .

they haven't sourced any sand from this site as we're about an hour from town. the reclaiming is becoming a large requirement, with some states such as Wyoming requiring contractors to reclaim an acre for every acre they disturb

Is the sand there just junk that you cannot use it for practical use? Like washing it to make torpedo sand for a concrete or asphalt plants or other uses?

Unfortunately that’s the case at this mine. It dosent quite meet usable spec. We wash concrete sand not too far north of this site
