I always remember in the mid 90', a local big demolition company here in Toulouse has bought its first mobile Concrete Crusher, and I went there to see a demo. Oh Man, what a STRONG Machine it was ! The excavator droped down a 3 m long reinforced concrete beam (20 cm x 20 cm), and that big boy ate it up into 5 mn, spilling out fine gravel ! Unbelievable ! Rock on Bud !

Nice jaw crusher . I had a small jaw crusher I used to crush broken Antique Brick to use as landscape stone when I had Antique Brick company . Very popular product . I was selling 2 million antique brick per year until I retired and sold the business . Anytime you can recycle a product that normally ends up in a landfill or used to fill in low lands for more apartment complexes or strip malls . Great video and the products y'all are getting out of the crusher are some great stuff . Keep the videos coming .

My husband and I have enjoyed watching both of your channels for over a year. He, saddly recently died, but I still watch you especially your nursery channel. I wondered how the front entrances of both places look now? I recall you re-planted the nursery and I thought the re-cycling place at the beginning of spring would love to see an update. I am a small flower farmer so always amazed at your knowledge of plants and interest in keeping your house and nursery always looking beautiful.

Crushing concrete, complemented with some "rock" music 😂💪 Interesting to see the workings of the plant. In my view, the jaw crushers appear to be a lot more efficient than the rotating hammer type. We replaced out concrete garden path a few years ago, I took up the concrete with a sledge hammer, then used a club hammer to reduce the size of it down to 25mm minus to reuse as sub base for the new flagstones I laid. Took some time to break up the two tonne of path, but saved me a bunch of money on skip hire and buying in sub base. Time rich, money poor for sure 😂

I think you said you weren't turning it back into concrete, just using the broken up old concrete as a filler or base. Awesome! But question, is it not able to be turned back into concrete because it can't be separated into individual components, or because the chemical process that initially occurs to make it into concrete changes it and it can no longer be redone? I hope that made sense. Obviously I don't know much about this end of things or I wouldn't be asking. Thank you for the video, though. 🙂

With the waist concrete what tends to be the most profitable? The concrete cubes or the crushed concrete? I would think the cubes as you don’t have the machinery involved but you do have the cost of forms and labor involved. Safety warnings ugh 😣 who needs that. Do you crush asphalt? here in Iowa we call it millings or RAP (Recycled AsPhalt) the BEST use I've seen it used for is to cover gravel roads or parking lots, even on the hottest driest days you'll get almost no dust from driving on it, don't get me wrong there is a tiny amount of dust but in comparison .... call it nothing!!
