Those coloured charts in your crystal kit are from sacred geometry and they are called crystals grids that is why you were given extra crystals. I have loved and collected, studied crystals since I was 8 years old and unfortunately people buy and sell them just for profit. Crystals are so much more than pretty stones and have many uses and applications.

Yay!!!! So happy for you. Knew you would feel better changing your diet. Let food be thy medicine. Its really hard giving up the carbs because they are the comfort foods but when you have changes in your health it gives you a reason to do it. I have been able to change health conditions with my diet. Protein makes you stronger, it repairs your muscles. Its also good for anxiety. And with the amount of higher vibration activities you do, like readings, it keeps you grounded. ❤

Georgina I’m a diabetic and saw your breakfast done with yogurt which I absolutely hate but thought I’d give it a go. I don’t like weetabix so crushed sugar free digestive biscuits, mixed the yogurt with the salted caramel protein powder and made my own sugar free caramel sauce. OMG! It’s amazing and didn’t affect my sugar at all so it’s my new go to breakfast and even as a desert when everyone else is having sugar stuff. Thank you so much.❤

Ethnic isn't really an offensive word but literally every single person on the earth has an ethnicity so to refer to cultures/people that aren't European as 'ethnic' is setting whiteness as the (neutral) standard human being and everyone else is a deviation of that. It's outdated.

I wasn't sure of writing this because I don't want you to misinterpret it as a bad thing because it's the opposite I do it with the best intention, crystal healing is a pseudoscience, if you feel that you need help and haven't got it and if you can get it, get specialized therapy, it's temporal, it's to help you with something you're struggling with, mental/emotional health is as important as physical health, mental/emotional health affects the body 💓🌷🌸
