I wore a RAPTURE READY t-shirt, with a small, small Thes 4, on it and was told I can not wear this shirt to work, I said to the management, no one really knows what the word means, and they said, I do, and you can not wear it anymore. I wore it , so people could ask me about the Rapture, but also, we can not say anything religious or political there either, I got written up for saying the word, illegal alien, talking to a co-worker on the news I saw, someone heard the word, illegal alien, and reported me to management and said it offends them. What kind of world are we living in allready? Yes, I say, even so , Come Lord Jesus, God Bless

I did something similar. I found a Gideon Bible out in a public place and I then I highlighted salvation verses and Rapture verses and my own personal favorite verses. I took the Bible to the student union building of the university where I work and I left the Bible in a drawer of one of the study desks in the building. After a while the Bible was taken. It would be fun to know who took it and if there has been a change in their life, but that information may have to wait until after the Rapture!

Sounds like a lot of people here are mocking the rapture and have lost the blessed hope that the bride of Christ (His church) is not destined for the wrath of God. The 7 year tribulation or the time of Jacob’s trouble in Daniel will be to rescue the remnant of Israel and to bring His judgment upon an unbelieving world.

The wrath of God only begins after the Last Day. The 2nd half of Daniel's 70th week. The 1st half of the 70th week is the time of tribulation bringing us to the Last Day as seen in Daniel 7 the saints are given into his hand for a time times and half a time. This is the 1st half of the week. The Last Day is midweek. The 1st resurrection is midweek Followed by the catching up to meet the Lord in the air. Blessed is he who has part in the 1st resurrection upon him the 2nd death has no power. Now follows the wrath of God for the remainder of the 70th week. After the 70th week we enter the millennium reign of Christ.

It came to my mind that probably lots of people will die simultaneously with the raptured ones. Imagine these people being raptured: those who are driving cars and on the road, doctors in surgery theaters, people operating heavy machinery, and so on. It is hard to imagine that exact moment. I hope a lot of people will be raptured though, I can’t wait for it, and I hope the Lord takes me 🙏

What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine? Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." (The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation? RAPTURE [Under Attack]", by Tim LaHaye, copyright 1998, Page 197.) Tim LaHaye was co-author of the “Left Behind” books and movies which have convinced millions of modern Christians that the Church age ends seven years before the Second Coming of Christ. Recently, Pastor Matt Furse of Mountain View Baptist Church in Custer, S.D. has written a book titled “Which One Is Right?’, which reveals the recent history of the pretrib rapture doctrine, and the fact it does not agree with what is written in the King James Bible. The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected. The Greek words for “wrath” and “tribulation” are not the same word, as proven by the verse below. Rev 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Jesus is coming back soon! He's been telling me every day, in soooo many ways and I believe Him 🙏♥️ He has us gathering supplies (water, food, flashlights, batteries, hats, toiletries, etc) and Bibles, but they're not for us... It's all for those left behind. He even had me write a giant note on our sliding glass door explaining things to people.. about how we were raptured and to read Revelation in the Bible, to not take the mark in their right hand or forehead and that God had us prepare supplies for them because He has not forgotten about them. He's also been telling me to spend time with my babies and husband because it won't be like this much longer ❤ He really is coming soon!!

A lot of people, even Christians, question the reality of God. Eagerly await means you anticipate it happening. Are you looking for the rapture? I am. More and more by the day. I know its coming. I want everyone to know and be prepared to go. No one left behind. Pray and ask God into your heart. If you're ready, you don't need to be prepping and worrying about anything but seeing Jesus!

Mid-tribulation (if considered as after 6 and before seal number 7) might be found in writings of Victorinus of Petrovium. When I read his writings about Rev15, I see a pre-trib rapture because he writes that the church has been taken away when the 7 angels pour out the wrath of God. For me it does not mean that the church has been taken away short before that happens. It just means, the church is not there and I think mentioning the church in that passage might be more of a side note, that the church is not there rather than a writing dedicated and focusing to where the church is and when it was taken. If Victorinus wanted to make a clear statement contradicting what has been taught historically before and in his time, then he would have made that statement clear and explicit. If you want to contradict almost 250 years of teaching, then you make your point, but he did not... I personally think that - considering that the scroll to open is the deed of Christ, who owns all creation (Hebrews) - Jesus takes ownership of His inheritance and unfolds His judgement. And he does so by opening the 7 seals first. But starting with the 1st seal, its all in the hand and caused by our Lord Jesus Christ. We have many men-made tribulations. But starting with the 1st seal it all is done by Christ. Even if the evil, even if satan is released, then only because the Lord Jesus Christ allows the world to face the one they decided to follow, the prince of light, the god of this world. But all what happens is His wrath right from the beginning. With the seals Gods handwriting might not be obvious to the eyes of the world that look for scientific explanations, but it becomes more and more clear and at every time people can turn to God and seek for forgiveness. Let us pray that they do! All these people throughout the history and all today that read the pre-tribulation rapture in the Bible, believe in it because they read it in the Bible. The reasons why the 2 witnesses are Enoch and Elijah are: (1) Elijah was prophesied to come in Mal. 4:5, which Our Lord confirmed in Matt 17:11, and (2) Enoch is the only other man who was taken without dying (Gen 5:24) and all men are to die once (Heb 9:27). Both of them were taken to celestial paradise so that they could return to earth and die later as the 2 witnesses (Rev 11:7).

@@squirreljones3595 Hey Squirrel, Revelation 20:5 happens just after Jesus returns and just at the beginning of the millennium. This is where we all are changed into our spiritual bodies. See 1 Corinthians 15:50-54. This also can be referred to as the first resurrection. This has nothing to do with a rapture event! In John 6:39-54, this is an expression only found in the book of John. It refers to the coming of the Messiah (Jesus) and was used idiomatically for the age to come. Again, nothing to do with a rapture event! There is no such thing as a rapture at the end of the millennium (one thousand years). At the end of the millennium this is when the great white throne judgement occurs, not a rapture. You can read about this event in Revelation 20:11 to 15. Remember, all of us are in our spiritual bodies, not our flesh bodies at this time. Give the entire chapter of Revelation 20 a read. Remember, the events of this chapter occur just after Jesus’s return. Again, this chapter has nothing to do with a rapture event…….

1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ. This verse proves there will be a pre tribulation rapture ! There are way too many distinctions between the harpazo and the 2nd advent. Andy Woods on youtube teaches it so well. What's the mystery Paul writes about and what's the blessed hope? For believers to go through horror before heaven? All of Paul's writings came before Revelation. Context and audience is key. The tribulation is "Jacob's trouble" not "Gentiles trouble"
