As a bartender, they did a really solid job for first time mixes under pressure. And while ratios might've been off (pouring the entire jar of curacao was very funny), the correct way to make any cocktail is to the buyers' personal palette. So if they enjoyed what they made, it's a success in my book.

What Sharon (and some others made) was a Dirty Martin since she added the olive brine into the drink ... but her shaking the cocktail was better than others on this onei ... Technically a classic martini has equal parts sweet and dry vermouth. A dry martini has only a drizzle of dry vermouth no sweet, and an extra dry martini has just a few drops of dry vermouth no sweet. So if you only gave them one jar labeled vermouth then it's not a classic martini.

Sharon is kind of close, the spirit can be as low a 0.25 oz to 1.5 oz... most being between the 0.5 and 0.75 oz mark. The mixers are usually either the same amount as the spirit or more depending on the drink and the desired strength.

The butterbeer in Universal actually isn't alcoholic. I don't drink alcohol and loved it. (I mean, they serve it to kids. So definitely no alcohol in that one unless you ask.)

I can't think of any alcohol or mixer that isn't plant based. All alcohol is based upon fermentation of plants & yeast. Dairy would be the only non-vegan ingredient I can think of.

It was fun to watch nut I've never been a big mixed drink person. The only mixed drink I do like is a seven and seven, other than that it's straight or over ice. And I absolutely despise Vodka and/or Gin. I've tried both before and for what ever reason, they tasted "Grainy".
