I just figured out an international call center rep would absolutely smash this everytime because they have to go down the alphabetical list daily and probably have it memorized without even trying!!😂 it's crazy what your brain will learn for you without even asking it to. I do dispatch for a living...I never once studied the zipcodes or street names or anything....but they reoccur often enough you learn through muscle memory without even realizing it. It used to be a game for my employees...they'd yell out a zipcode and within seconds I could yell back the driver it should be routed to, because I just know in my brainstem somewhere...for them they'd have to actually look up the address and ensure that the driver I said was actually the closest...or the best one to route. I was almost NEVER wrong... your brain and your body can learn so many things you never ever teach it! So make sure you're kind to them and don't teach the wrong lessons to yourself! ❤
