Hi Gina, this was very helpful. This did not even come to mind to write a cover letter. I would say that is my biggest issue, my lack of experience and trying to transition into Digital Marketing. The thing is I am not strong at writing cover letters. Do you have any suggestions for templates for us to review? If not no worries, thank you for your time!

Hi Gina! Loved the video. I have a question! When you talk about customize our resume for a specific job, in terms of design of the resume, do you believe companies prefer a design that is similar to the imagem of the company (for example if the company I'm applying for is Lidl, i should use their institutional colors, and do my resume with yellow and blue, and with red details) or should I do a design that represents myself (using shades that represent my personality)? Or do you believe this is not important? I would love to know your thoughts on this! Keep up with the amazing work!

Have the degree and certs and need help Packaging it into a resume and cover letter. Im really wanting something im google ads/bing ads and or email mktg. With limited time its so tough to brush up on skills and target resumes to specific jobs especially with limited experience. Is it possible to make a video with some of this in mind?
