Who ever is #1 on your recruit board, you can do the hard and soft sell at the same time on the same motivations if you have 60 hours for that position type. You gain so much interest if they go for it, it is insane. You can also cheese it by moving a player to #1, doin both sells then moving another guy to #1 and doing the same. It will still work for them all (for now) but it kinda breaks recruiting difficulty.
