The question was asked 2 years ago but for anyone seeing this video now and wanting to try it out the .dgn file is part of the Building examples that come with MicroStation. Look in the ..\Workspace\Projects\Examples\Building\dgn folder. Visualization-Master.dgn has the model shown in the video plus other stuff. Either turn off unneeded levels or make a copy and delete out what you don't need. Note: most of what is in the file is references of other files in the same folder.

to Tim B. - you can change video resolution Settings to max 720p (HD) which is sufficient to read all text. Just watched this video in full screen mode on 1600x900 monitor and I'm satisfied.
