Chinatown Complex is my fave hawker center so far. I love Lian He Ben Ji Claypot Rice and, of course, the orig Hawker Chan. I want to go back to try Maria Virgin Chicken, the Herbal Soup, and the Bamboo Rice you tried. The Bamboo Rice looks delicious! 😋

Good vid. Bruce is Eurasian not Chinese - seems a bit of a dik, but he looks like he knows where to get good cheap food. You might need some subtitles for people who don’t understand his local lingo or phrases.

Are all the food video showing are organic dishes? Are they encourage to eat organic dishes ? Base on the price of organic ingredient, the organic dishes are tasteless and no much sweetness and flavor. Should use approved more industrial food chemical to enhance the flavor of organic dishes. Can make more things in the end
