Spicy bluff with QJ of spades or a weak ace if it gets you to fold literally the strongest hand you have when you take this line

Ginge Poker in theory he could rip anything he gets to the river with if you fold 100% of your lead turn bet river range. Not beyond the realms of possibility a 50bb stack takes this line with a worse king? Ripping QJ/QT of spades is a tasty line blocking your strongest Kx. Just sayin

Best poker videos on youtube, thanks. Wanted to ask if you think your almost always 33% cbet strategy is optimal? Because there was for sure some spots where you can split and have few sizings or even some checks. Do you just simplify and don’t expect to get punished much?

I wonder if live players should go in with the same mindset as these online players - ie, the kings into aces (2x) or the 4 bet with queens and Ak. Always willing to get the money in and flip as long as they think it's a +EV play Short of some weird super deep stacked play, feels like nobody ever folds kings pre (or unless OMC 5 bet jams you and is looking visibly excited 😮) I suppose the real question to Ginge is, how do you adjust to live play with reads and better perception of player profiles? More exploitative style?
@GingePoker
@GingePoker 4 жыл бұрын
Phil Shieh get kings in pre if they always stack off QQ and AK, if they don't you can't get in kings pre - same live and online

At 5:00 you folded “because you have a diamond”, can you explain why this is a factor? I would figure since you have a blocker to a flush that might influence a call? Or are you saying since you block the flush the villain must have a good made hand to be betting in the first place?? Fantastic video once again though, love the content

@ 4:53- 5:02 That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. It literally makes no sense. "im probably going to fold because i have a diamond" You having a queen of diamonds is a complete non variable for you. A queen of diamonds blocks one of your opponents flush combos. So if anyTHING its better for you.
@GingePoker

@@GingePoker You said you were scared of a KJ or AJ which i understand, but i dont understand what you mean when you talk about ur diamond. I tihnk its the multi zoom thats hurting your logic for every hand. (edit): i see your logic. THe queen of diamonds makes it less likely hes chasing the flush with the premium Qx suited, and more likely to have the pair with the kicker. i get that now. pardon me.

bro u cant play 3 zooms at once man. thats too much action going on too fast. You cant get proper reads. With that much hands popping up at once you start making too many fast moves. Like bro im watching you fold pocket 8s to a 30 dollar pre flop bet when you have a 730 dollar stack!
