Recently found your channel! I love everything that you show! Honestly, binge watching your videos. All the things your builder includes would cost easily $10-15k+ in upgrades with another builder. Let me put it this way, the sprinkler system alone is $7k, smart home $2k, blinds $1.5k(yes, you read correctly), garage door opener $600, 10 ft ceilings(not offered unless floor plan includes them so price varies. These prices are with my builder and I love them but cannot lie and say I wouldn't mind having those things standard. I mean most people want blinds and a garage door opener at the bare minimum. I would like to offer feedback when you record; please pan up to light fixtures and the ceiling. Sometimes you show them, but often times you don't. Other than that, everything else is awesome! Lastly, the brick details on the homes are amazing! Those are some skilled bricklayers(hard to find people like these on the east coast). :)

Thanks so much! The property taxes in this community are 2.91% and if you file your homestead exemption with the county then they will reduce the taxable amount of the home as well. Weather in Texas is always changing lol. It can be hot and sunny and then raining 30 minutes later. No disasters in this area that I'm familiar with.

Hi Sonya! This particular community is in Fort Worth but we have about 30 communities throughout the DFW area. Is there a particular area or home style you are looking for?

May I ask how much is the down payment and how much is the monthly amortization and how many years?

Depending on the type of loan you do would determine the amount you would put down but on this home using an FHA loan it would be 3.5% down. On a $215,000 home, that would come out to a $7,525 down payment. You could do anywhere from a 10-30 mortgage but I recommend a 30 year. Depending on the interest rate you get, you would probably be somewhere in the $1,500 - 1,600/month range.

I think it is a Texas or maybe southern states thing. I never knew it wasn't common until I sold a home to some folks from up north who asked me if we offered flat finished walls instead of textured.

@@patrickgriffin8628 I'm definitely a fan of your work, I've had my experiences with 40 gallon units (mainly duplexes) and for you to mention a 50 gallon tank it brought me back to those experiences of not having enough water for multiple uses. An 80 gallon tank can be installed though so, it would be an easy fix.
