I actually left the company in February so i'm not sure on pricing but on the website, it shows that the base price for this plan is $365,990. I would guess after adding some personal touches and upgrades, you may be somewhere closer to the 400K mark.

@@MsMonteze it may have changed since I left the company in early February but when I was there it depended on the community level and if you were building or buying an inventory home. They had level 1-4 communities and the EM to build in those I think was 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k (plus additional deposits at the design center based on upgrades added) On inventory homes I think it was 2k, 4k, 6k and 8k EM.

The first floor of this house makes this one of my favorite houses you have toured but I want to see more houses so I can make up my mind I love how the living room has three instead of two nice and the kitchen is really new I love the modern design of the kitchen really new not a island but a bar that is cool and a front dining space yes! I don't believe there are any plans for new phases anytime soon. IF they do a new phase, I was told it could be years down the road. When I left, they were almost sold out so they are probably close to being completely sold out there. Shoot me a private message on instagram and I can send you my old sales partners phone number who is selling out there. He can help if there are any homes left!

It usually will just have a regular light fixture in there. There is a fan in this one because I used it as an office.

Question: you posted this a week ago and I called today, the representative told me there is no more lots available in Live Oak Creek? I said, “No more lots at all for any floor plans?” And he said “No, and the next phase won’t be for a long, long time.” Is this true?

Hi Vajay0341, This video was filmed in January but wasn't edited and posted until recently. This video and the others are mostly to show off the floor plans to give you a good idea of the plans and the differences. I actually left the company in early February but when I left the community was almost sold out then so I imagine that it is very likely they are out of lots at this point. When I was there, I was told that if they ever did another phase in Live Oak, it would probably be years (5ish) from now because the potential spot for another phase is a much higher elevation and would take a lot of time and money to be able to run water high enough for those potential other lots.
