The finishes in this model are very high end. Great tour. I recall not too long ago after the crash when Lake LV looked like the result of a zombie real estate market. I have this idea for a new Zombie film where house hunters are caught overnight in a gated model tract defending themselves from zombies. 😂

I’ve toured Savannah in summerlin several times. TM seems very bland with their styling. Your thoughts? Whoever specs their houses are terrible too they never match properly. They are dropping their panties on pricing too 361 Agnew street just dropped over $40k

I agree that their interior designer isn't the best but I feel they did a way better job at Portofino. 361 Agnew Street is a resale home. I'm sure they spent over $150k on their backyard.
