Every time we're in Japan, we make sure to hit up a kaitenzushi (conveyor belt sushi) joint. The sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious, and shockingly affordable too! It's a bit different from many Japanese restaurants in the US where the sushi might not be as fresh.
