I just came back to Belgium last week after visiting Japan and oh my god, this was a wonderful trip, your country is amazing George, I visited a lot of places and I ate amazing foods, in fact I tested a Sushiro restaurant at Nagoya and this was delicious, the unagi eel oh my 🤤🤤🤤. It's easy to see you're so happy to be home. Home is the best! I now want to eat at Sushiro! We have Kura in some parts of the US but it's not as inexpensive or fresh as in Japan. I also appreciate that you've shown me a new way to eat natto! Before, I always thought it was only for breakfast rice.

(The peanut ramen was a disappointment) I'll have to try Sushiro if I ever go to Japan. The Unagi looked absolutely amazing (Ootoro is my second favorite).

It's been really popular in Estonia for several years now, so i have a few places to eat at near me or to have some delivered from. I like pickled ginger between sushi dishes! My favorite sushi is with eel, too! And gunkan with chopped salmon or scallops. And nigiri with slightly torched salmon on top!

They make the sushi fresh and put it in clear top boxes,so you can choose different varieties to buy. They also have Onigiri wraps which I love and they also do bento boxes!! All are so scrummy,I do buy quite a lot,as I love it!! There's also a restaurant called Tsuki which I need to try! its very sad to me what happened. also the fact that they dont run sushi on the conveyor belt constantly, so sad. I feel like that is part of the atmosphere of places like this, youre always kinda looking over whats coming on the conveyor belt, sometimes you see something that looks amazing and youve gotta try, and then sometimes your absolute favorite sushi comes by and you get all excited and grab two. idk theres just something so happy about the memories i have at restaurants like this, and it is very sad to me that some kid terrorized the patrons of these places like this.

The items could be sealed and the problem would be solved. Anything unsealed on the conveyor belt should not be touched. I was expecting this to happen it was a matter of when, and that's why I couldn't understand the idea in the first place.

I’m still angry at that kid for ruining conveyor belt sushi for so many people. I got to go to a conveyor belt sushi place but not to Sushiro - it still looks fun, though! Everything looked delicious (except for the natto), thanks for the video! And I’m for gari. 👍👍👍 I did go to a fancier pants conveyor belt place called Nemuro Hanamaru in the Kitte building, I’d recommend it to a friend. A lot of the Japanese customers were ordering a big crab legs dish, I kinda regret not figuring out what it was so that I could order it too 😢

About the "correct" soysauce usage for sushi, I think the Japanese are Bs-ing everybody and themselves. Don't turn over your sushi in order to only dip the top part. Just very lightly touch the rice part in the soy sauce. The taste and mouth feel will be exactly the same, but without the hassle.

Great, great vid, thx! But as a Brazilian from São Paulo, we NEVER put strawberries in sushi (at least not in São Paulo). Some restaurants do create some local variation but never fruit except for mango in California Rolls. You were most likely unlucky with your restaurant choice, sorry about that.
