Thank you for watching! 👍 I’m glad you enjoyed. The sharpie is a good easy way to hightlight the letters, I also use the gold sharpie to highlight lettering as well. (Couple of clips on my shorts) please subscribe if you want more videos like this. 👌 Thanks for the support!

Very nice. What reconditioning wheel are you using?

It’s a fibre wheel. Scout crafter channel has some videos on them

Sure, it looks real purty, but the best 199's are cast iron. Also, if you plan to pocket this thing, you better get a blade guard.

Should have polished the screw

Good idea, I did this on my recent upload, the Hilmor pipe vice. Chucked them into the drill and sanded / polished. Leaves a fantastic uniform polish on the screw, really effective.

I love a good utility knife. Fixed blades are also very fast, just need a holster now.

Great idea! I also do leather projects so that might be next on the list. Many thanks and please subscribe for more projects coming soon!

I am so disappointed that you would take an old utility knife and polish it to a mirror finish. Then have the odasity to decoratively highlight the raised lettering. Oh wait! Not a hand made leather and very shiny square nut tassel. The horror 😱! Then of all things, so unspeakable, you make it functional with a... a... new blade. Beautiful restoration! I love those 199s. It does look amazing. Great work and continue to agitate the trolls. 😂👍

I can't believe I wasted so much time watching you polish aluminum. I was expecting a mod to extend or tighten up the blade.
