As I have done my bcom and MBA, both the degrees are useless, this teacher is teaching you underwritten calculations are done, but they are not teaching you about how the companies use underwriting calculations in real life. The teacher is saying that C claimed to sell 4000 shares of the companies, but he sold 10000 shares, why c did this, and why adjustment of c with other parties such as A and B
