@@MYSTlC7 Got two accounts but not because I'm cheating. Made the second account during the Kanto tour for trade research at first. Then, just after that a group of spoofers have been targeting our area and taking over the gyms. They've been preventing us from using the gyms properly. During the Johto Tour I changed my main account from Mystic to Instinct so I can take them out properly using both accounts. I got no choice in using two accounts since Niantic isn't doing anything when I report them.

None of the stats matter because all 3 accounts varied in time played. To get accurate results you would have to play all 3 accounts the same amount of time.

yes agreed. I only p payed 20 Euros into the game and I can totally compare myself to the 1000 Dollars account. Level 47. Maxed out Pokémon box and items are at 4600. I have 37 platin medals. I stopped paying at mid 2020.

That's a better low cost comparison than the $1 account who barely plays. You could pay nothing and get much more. Personally, I've only bought two global gofest and tour tickets and a few boxes over the year all using Google rewards, so probably around $50 dollars with a similar result. I also took a year off while living in a country with no Pokemon. :)

I'm level 50 and have spent about $150 on the game. I started playing in 2018. The only impact I see for money spent to have shinies would be Pokemon storage. I "only" have storage for 4600 Pokgmon, so I end up transfering most shinies after an event. I save the best IV (best total or best PvP) and perhaps save a few for trades. Raids and eggs are where the money play the really big effects. Having limited lucky eggs means I tend to try to get to best or ultra friends with several people at the same time, and use one lucky egg to double several bonuses. Having limited starpieces, I rarely use them outside events without (at least) x2 startdust. I currently have 12 million stardust because the only 3 Pokemon I have over level 40 are the 3 I needed to "50 max" during the level up process.

@@Mr_Phantom880 - I don't know what level you are, or how long you've been playing. The game is more fun if you have storage space for Pokemon and bag space for balls/berries/revives. I save my 50 coins per day for storage and bag space. Buying incubators or even raid passes, aren't that great a deal until you have "enough" storage to keep yourself happy. If you are happy with 350, then you have enough. If you want more, use your coins for that. (either the 50 coins per day, or if you buy some coins with money)

Been f2p from launch, pretty consistently played most days with a couple month long breaks here and there. Numbers are rounded down. Trainer lvl 44 Max xp 64,961,542 Total caught 39,681 Total hatched 1,383 Total raid N 530, L 107 Total hundos 25 Total shinies 164 Top 3: 4045 & 3716 slaking 3698 shadow metagross, Total 11,459 Slaking were caught at that CP, metagross I powered up. Saving lvl 50 power ups for the level up task. Also, I know you didn't go into GBL, but you and everyone (who wants to) should. A few thousand free dust, free items (TMs & rare candies mostly), and legendaries after rank 20 every day. Wins 2,123 Total 4,460 Longest streak 55 Total dust 4,542,939 Also, I have 112 legendaries, 38 of which are from GBL. Definitely more than that total, bc I transfer low IV legendaries during 2x transfer candy events.

Pretty interesting! I'm L39, 100% f2p, started 2/14/22. I should look up my numbers to report. I think I'm more on the above average playing intensity for the game (play 2 hours every day at night only missed a few days due to blowing out my knee z catching the flu, having to go to the ER twice, and family visiting).

This is an interesting comparison but I'd say my $20-$30 account has better stats than the $1000 account you showed. I have more shinies (although I think individual specific shinies is a better measure), more hundos, more total xp, more total catches. The big difference I see in all of these is the raid numbers and egg hatch numbers on the 10K account which is truly a bought number, you just can't get to those numbers as a FTP player. The shiny thing... you could have huge shiny numbers just from com day shinies by keeping massive amounts from each com day. It's much harder to calculate but specific shiny species is more interesting to me. Like mudkip for example, having a shiny mudkip, marshtomp, and swampert in your storage (not just the pokedex) or a poliwog, poliwhirl, poliwrath and politoed. I'd be more interested in seeing how many species of shinies people had but that requires sorting by pokedex number and literally counting the species.

My account is completely free to play, although I have probably had to replace footwear more often than if I didn't play. I am level 49 and have caught just over 211,000 Pokemon. I have 158 Hundos and have hatched 5,294 eggs. I actually quite enjoy managing my resources and the idea of paying to win simply doesn't appeal to me in the slightest. I occasionally experience FOMO during Go-Fests and other events, but with a full-time job and family commitments, I couldn't play as much as I'd like even if I did spend money. I say a big thank you to everyone who does pay to play, because that is the only way that the game will continue to exist and I can play for nothing.

Cool video idea. Keep in mind depending on your location you play (rural / sub urban / urban) you can have a massive difference in stats, regardless of if you pay or not. I'm lucky enough to live near a giant city and live next to 2 poke stops and I'm aware not many have that luxury.

The second snorlax I caught was a hundo. Got it on vacation 2 weeks after the game came out and it was unreal. When the appraisal system came out I was shocked that it was perfect iv. It’s also the second oldest pokemon that I still have on my account behind another snorlax

okay, this is a fun video to watch n all, but lets be honest, its not a fair comparison, the 1$ and the 1000$ have probably been a lot less active then you have been, what i'm curious about is how the 1$ account would hold up against the 10000$ account if it was as active as you are. so a great video idea would be to have 3 "friends" get into pokemon go, with a new account, and compare the 3 accounts in that way with the same activity as all the others, as impossible as i know it is, that would be the best. also, tickets to certain events in-game imo shouldn't count toward in-game money spent.

I've actually only been playing for like 6 months and I am adamantly refusing to spend money on the game. I have 52 shinies (and I've transferred several duplicates), 7 perfects, 7149 total catches, and I'm on the verge of hitting level 35. Good luck finding that person. I started at release but quickly realized that it was crap. It took really until almost and during covid to become accessible to rural areas. Very few stops in nearby towns. A few more in our cities an hour or two away. Now I have spawns at my house. Yes I was getting out and GOING to the local court house squares. But it became just a dead end very fast. There was no point. While I was looking on reddit and seeing people who were getting gyms from their homes. Popular spots, farms and architecture is passed over for nominations. So it's still not the best. There are some awesome spots for people to GET OUT OF THE CITY and go see the countryside. It's pretty weird their message. Imagine playing a Pokémon mainline game where you just have to continually stay in cities to catch Pokémon. I know some are lucky and got some gains in recent years. Remote raids have been amazing. I've found legendaries at a few local gyms instead of the small star raids. Does stink that field research tasks have become sad but really what were they going to put there in the beginning to keep people coming back everyday? There was NOTHING in the beginning 😅

Im gonna say that account will be rarer than all the rarest Pokemon combined. I'm mainly free to play, but have bought the tickets for go fest when they started globally. And I quit playing for about a year sometime before and during the first event Pikachu release. Mareep was my first com day when I started playing again and have played pretty much daily ever since. great video, but it'd be cool to see a 0$ account of someone who has played consistently. Like, how far can you get in the game without spending any money, but if you still play regularly, utilize gyms to get coins regularly, hatch eggs regularly with the one incubator (plus the ones you get as rewards). Yeah, you should see if there's an account like that. =)

I haven't spent a cent on the game and my stats don't look too bad in comparison. Living in SA however means no community days so not a lot of chance on the big legendaries.
