Bro tbh just look at the keys where your finger is comfortably going to, like your pinky on the caps lock ir shift button and the thumb on the C or V keys, get your sensitivity from some good players, just use different sensitivities for 1 day and use the one you like the most, for keyboard brands if you have a flexible range i would recommend logitech, the keyboards are like 100$ or so, if u have a low budget watch some videos on youtube and yeah
