Saying the drop gray gone is such a huge improvement! Not sure where you’re located, but there are a lot of Habitat for Humanity stores that accept donations of all of the things you’re taking out to save them from the landfill. They usually take furniture and decor too!

Cranberry sauce recipe: *Note: This is a double recipe and can be made a day ahead of time* 2 bags fresh cranberries 1-1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup cold water 1 large orange (bigger than baseball) or 2 small oranges (tennis ball size) Zest 1/2 of the orange(s) In saucepan over medium heat add sugar, water, orange zest and cranberries. Cook until you hear all the cranberries pop. It will sound like the dull, quiet, introvert, sibling of popcorn. Stir every couple of minutes so cranberries and sugar don't burn to the bottom of the sauce pan. Peel the orange, remove the seeds and toss in blender or food processor. Once cranberries are cooked (about 10 minutes) add to blender or food processor. Pulse until everything is combined and fairly smooth. It should have some body and texture to it. Refrigerate until the next day. Serve cold. Great for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just because you like cranberry sauce.
