Damn, I miss doing Muay Thai. Did it for almost five years. Stopped after I had to move cause of the 2020 bull💩 Didn't find another school where I live now. Maybe time to start the search again.

What an awesome video! Thank you so much for sharing that with us! I knew a guy who had a bad knee from a car accident. He used to tell people all the time about the pins and whatever. He ended up getting into a fight with one of his "friends" and that guys focused and took advantage of knowing his injury. Not sure where I'm going with that, but just relating personal experiences.
