Not saying that Diluc is bad, cuz he's not, but considering his main is Diluc, he would need to be doing really really tight Diluc play in order to consistently 36 star the Abyss.

Its even hard sometimes with wgs and decent artifacts to clear abyss with diluc, so for diluc main like him to clear floors full stars consistently he also definitely needs his xingqiu built really well and i suggest his bennet to go for as much ER as possible or simply equip fav sword! Diluc is not much of a burst dps with big numbers like hu tao so hes gonna need all the damage he can get

I think Itto's build is good enough to benefit from Gorou C2. The player can put Fishl or Kuki in the forth slot just to increase the duration of Gorou's burst and provide some particles. On this way the player can choose different characters for the second team. Honestly the biggest problem is probably Diluc. I started to get 36 stars when I removed him from the team...

Both the teams and the rotations Tenha was running were scuffed af. Could've just used their freeze Ganyu team, and done double pyro, double hydro for diluc with Bennett, Xingqiu, and Yelan or Mono Geo with Itto, Bennett, Gorou, last slot flex so Ningguang/Raiden/Jean since thats what they had built. Should've recommended for them to build their Diona and replace Barbara in their Ganyu team.

I'm kind of intrigued as to why you tried some random teams... You had the option to do Raiden National (Raiden, Benny, Xiangling, Xingqiu) as well as Freeze Ganyu (Ganyu, Mona, Sucrose, Diona/Flex). You can even do Geo team like Itto, Gorou, Ningguang, Beidou/Fischl/Flex. Even Double Hydro Diluc if he really wants to play Diluc (Diluc, Yelan, Xingqiu, Jean/Sucrose). There are many strong and viable teams, but for some reason you decided to try some random combinations of characters. If I can clear the abyss with my F2P account and lvl 70 characters, surely you can find a way to make it work with his account.

@@Angelia771 mmmm no, I also got 36 star abyss with level 60 and 70 characters but hyperinvested in my carries instead, not even +20 artifacts on all supports, you just need to have a proper team and proper rotation. I didn't even have a single level 90 character when I first got 36 star on the abyss

I think it was doable. The Itto team was doing well. Tbh, remove Diluc and use hyperbloom/fridge Raiden with DMC on the 2nd team. The biggest tip is to use the abyss moon blessing if you are really struggling. My suggestion is Itto, gorou, bennett, flex and raiden, yelan, dmc, ganyu.

I think they should have used xingqiu, bennett, xiangling in the first half with someone like yelan or mona, then raiden in the second half with tighnari since you need those two elements for the last chamber. it’s what I ended up using as f2p but instead I used vape nilou for my hydro dps in first half

Well Being a mobile player it's hard to get 36 as the enimies spawns late but I still get 36 somehow 😶 got to ar 59 btw and complete F2p 🌚😎

They sometimes take 10 seconds to spawn on ps4 too, reseting the chamber usually helps to spawn them faster

Actually, I have the same situation. What I do is immediately after starting the challenge, I enter one of the menus (BP/journal/wish screen). Personally I don't like to do the journal because there's some instances where it doesn't load immediately and I waste 10 seconds for it. So I usually open either BP or the wish screen.

The thing, I feel with people not being able to comfortably complete the spiral abyss is that they do not have a proper/properly built supports. People are always going after DPS units, these DPS units I feel are only as good as its supports gets. Having proper supports will sail you through every content that this game has to provide

If you are following the highest danage output for you chosen team and using optimal team choices and reactions and still having issues i suggest looking at your hardware i upgraded from ps4pro to ps5 and that cut my clear times in half and i expect hardwiring my house as i intend to to help further. A good preforming system will be more beneficial than any character constillation or 5 star weapon.

It took me around 70 days from day 0 of the account to 36 star the abyss (got lucky with ayaka c6 gorou and itto). Doesn't really matter how many 5 stars you've got as long as you know how to build proper teams with synergies and proper artifacts, you'll get by just fine. ( ofc this doesn't apply if you're a casual player. As long as you're enjoying the game, there's nothing wrong with that :> )

@@vegancardigan If you're efficient with resin spend and character builds. If you hyper focus on 4 characters with good damage and good generalist sets for the DPS, you can get it done with level 70 and lvl7-8 talents. With Dendro sometimes talents ain't even a big deal anymore.

It still took me a year and 3 months to beat the Abbyss without struggling. Now I'm at the point where I'm trying to fully build the full roster and switch up my teams and just have more fun and not always use META teams.

I think even after a year most people are still in the phase of both leveling and artifacts so they can't focus on artifacts, have maybe one/two decently build characters whilst the rest are just meh at best For me it was a case of having no cc, one team and very little character choice as I've only won 2/16 50/50s (before I could 36 star it was like 0/7)

Tenha keeping advocating for dps Bennett, then there's mine, that couldn't be more healer than he is. His Raiden National should still be good if he switched Xingqiu with Yelan. If anything, his teams seem to lack any kind of grouping, except for Sucrose which is not the best, so he'd need anemo characters. Itto monogeo and Raiden National should help him with the 36*. I don't think he'll be able to use Diluc unless he builds the heck out of him and Xingqiu

I am 4 months in the game, AR55 and I tried so hard to get 36 stars in Abyss and just got it 2 days ago. Completely F2p. What I did is I tried a couple of times to beat floor 9 to 12 without minding the Stars at first. As in I forced it even though I will not be getting a single star. I got used to enemies attacks and timing, Grouping them up even without Kazuha or sucrose. And then I worked on it little by little by gauging the damage I dealt and improving it every time by investing a lot of resins on 2 to 3 main dps. First Half: Zhong Li (90) , Xian Ling (80), Ganyu (90), Yoimiya (90). Second Half: Nahida (90), Xing Qiu (80), Kuki (90), Kokomi (40). Watching YT vids of Spiral Abyss' Team Building helps a lot too.

After playing this game since 1.0, a lot of characters that release force me to figure out at LEAST 3 characters I already have that will allow me to optimise that new character in the abyss. That's my issue with Wanderer, I don't think I can reasonably make him broken despite having almost all the characters in the game at this point. So I can see that this person's account has strength but doesn't have enough synergy. DMC is a cheat code to unlock that second team potential while the first team can be a XL/XQ national team, but they need to build up their characters more and with more focus.

Yeah I think their problem is lack of focus. They haven't finished building many of their characters. If you focus on a good Itto team you will do wonders. Itto, Gorou, Geo Traveler and then anything else (Shinobu or Fischl). Level them up, build them as good as possible. Then the classic Rainational and you will 36* it. I did it last time with Rainational and a very copium Yae hyperbloom team with Nahida lvl 60.

I have trash artifacts as well and I kinda hate farming artifacts as well, the pain when an artifact is functional till lv 16 and then suddenly becomes trash in lv 20 makes me go insane, I too can't 36 star abyss (lack of characters and constillations, and weapons only 5star- Zhongli, Ganyu, Cyno, Nahida, 4star with low cons- Benny C2, xingcho c2, xiangling C1, diona c3). While trash 4star plagued by coming too many times, for every 5star reaching hard pity (I lost 50-50 to qiqi at 86+ pity on kazuha banner, till this date, it was the worst, even for other characters I did get, I had to reach hard pity) , I might try to pull raiden in her rerun, hopefully I can win the 5050, and build national team as my melt ganyu sucks I know why, she does very low DMG, artifacts issue(wanderer trash pieces or shimenawa okish pieces and NGL shimenawa makes you hate the game altogether, other team is quite fine and ready though and performs quite fine (cyno Nahida fishchl Zhongli aggravate).

I'm at the point where 36 starring abyss isn't a problem anymore. The key is to draft 2 team comp with 1 main dps and 3 off field dps/support and build all the 8 characters with justice. Manage your resins well! Don't waste it on other character until your main team comps are good.

i started playing around yoimiya's banner at 2.8. AR 55 now, spending welkin since kokomi's banner. my highest lvl character is still lvl 80, not a single lvl 90. the only 5* weapon i have is skyward pride from standard banner which i dont use. this abyss i got my first 36 stars by abusing the blessing, using 2 hyperbloom teams. im so happy and proud about it :)

This is why i always take at least 2-3 months to finish building one character, cause if ur gonna build someone u might as well do it properly, its better to have 10 properly built characters rather than 30 characters cheap build, i mean i am f2p as well and my raiden can easily achieve 120k, with normal and charged burst doing like about 20-28k with bennett, and if u throw someone like kazuha or sucrose in there for my raiden i seen 200k with 33k charged, and i still dont have a ER sands so my dmg is lower than max f2p potential (farming for 5 months now still not gonna give up😂😂😂) that said everyone has the right to play however they want👍

That's exactly what I do too, if you build a character whose playstyle you like, you can get the 36* with him even if it's a 4*. I'm also F2P and still I can get the 36* every time with my built Main DPS (Noelle, Heizou, DPS Benny, Keqing & Yelan and their teams).

500 days of genshin and my first 36* was last week😉 I used kazuha national first team. Second team i use nahida, raiden, zhongli and Barbara. I think this is my finalized team which I'm comfortable with. It's mostly ungga bungga. Right now i just want 5* staff for my raiden. Either engulfing or homa.😌

Been playing since it was still Yelan's banner. My first 36 star on abyss was when it's the Jadeplume duck boss, it is probably one of the good abyss cycle, very straightforward. This abyss cycle needed a bit more, the 2nd half part is the hardest one for me because of Maguu Kenki. You cast your burst and then he teleports miles away behind you lmao

I played almost 2 years. F2P with no 5star weapons, C0 crown Zhongli, C0 crown Kazuha, C0 crown Diluc, C1 Keqing, C2Mona, Crown the whole national team -and C6Sucrose and Fischl-, with more than 100 hours in the artefact torture domains and no 36 stars. It's not that's you don't have efforts or leveling usues, it's the lucky artefact effect or the god luck. If you don't have it, you can't make it. This is why my acc is cursed.

He honestly can comfortably clear this Abyss cycle with the characters he has rn, just need to raise/switch some main stats on his artifacts like ER on Benny and XL, and doesn't even need perfect rotations either. For eg, First half: Either 1. Itto Team: Itto, Gorou, + 2 flex spots (extra geo like ning/noelle (doesn't have to be built), xiangling + bennett (get about 180 ER on XL and at least 200 on Benny), or Fischl + Benny, etc.) Or 2. Ganyu melt since he has an Amos and a decent Ganyu build: Ganyu, XL, Diano, Benny (again, 180+ ER for XL and 200 for Benny) 3. He can also try Diluc double Hydro, ie Diluc, Yelan, Xingqiu, Bennett, or Diluc with Anemo, ie., Diluc, Xingqiu/Yelan, Succ, Bennett. But those teams are harder since its single target heavy and his Xinqiu isn't built. 2nd half: Basically any quicken/quickbloom/hyperbloom teams 1. Quicken/Quickbloom: Raiden, Fischl, DMC, Healer/Flex (Barbara is ok but not recommended, Anemo VV shred like Succ, etc) 2. Hyperbloom: Full EM Raiden/Kuki, DMC, Xingqiu/Yelan, Fischl/Kuki/healer (even Balbala)

My second account is at AR56. Still can't 36 star the abyss. Just 33. Artifacts still needing work. Raiden national team (second half) is okay. Benny, Xingqui, and Xiangling decently built, with enough ER too. Xiangling even has like 500 em (maybe too much?). Second team, meh. Dunno what comp. Diluc, Diona, Kazuha and Sucrose usually. The rest not built. Any advise? Not much 5* on hand, btw. Same as reviewed account, Diluc main. Childe. Albedo.

I was struggling to 36 Star my previous Abyss and then they released the new enemies that feels like a DPS check. I can only reach 34 star (12-1 3 star, 12-2 2 star, 12-3 2 star)

I have been using Healer build Bennett in Abyss for a year now and I could 36 star with that build when my Raiden was still using 2pc Noblesse 2pc Emblem so I don't get it why Bennett needs to be using a DPS build when he is just there for Atk Buff and Battery for Xiangling?

It is still okay to build nuke/dps-build Bennett because he still heals fast. I am also using that kind of build because I want faster spiral abyss clear time. Just give him enough energy recharge (around 200%) for perfect team rotation.

Although he heals fast, some of my runs feels awful since there are times that he couldn't heal Raiden quickly enough because those Eremites sometimes have a barrage of attacks and the burning damage(because of those Eremite Archers throwing Dendro potions) and I wanted a 'piece of mind' as much as possible.

I am f2p playing since first zhongli banner and since 2.7 I 36 abyss for the first time until now I 36 every abyss except for this one even though I 36 it before so same teams same monsters same build anyway I will try my luck later I am sure I can 36 it. And I never leveled a character up to 90 I only open the last assention and leave them at 81 and for the support they are just at lvl 70 to 74 Bennett and xingxio too. I know I am missing some dmg put I don't know I am lazy to do that

if you cant 36 star the abyss all it means is ur damage is shit which comes down to only 3 things. weapon levels character levels and talent levels. the artifacts matter the least while for some reason people spend the majority of their time trying to min max that rng and their character is still level 80 talents level 6 weapon level 70 like bro wyd. you get those 3 levels up and THEN you work on artifacts. but at the end of the day ur missing out on what 100 primogems every 2 weeks so if that doesnt matter to you then stop worrying about the abyss

I got mine 36s after 1 ½ years play. Cuz once u 36s it, it pretty much ded. I go slowly with team build. Farm domain with most characters using it. Build 1 by 1. Focus more on support build before dps. Weapon lvl90 is a must, talent lvl8 is minimum.

That account can 36-star abyss easily even as it is. Morgana + Raiden National Plus current abyss cycle is actually pretty easy

me too.. i`ve been play for a year~ i have C1 Tighnari,Ayato,XiaoC2~ But.. instead off build them, i just spend all my resources to Mono GEO Team.. i dedicated myself as true GEO Supremacies~ For the abyys.. the mono GEO team full potential is only can get 34 stars~ But hey.. I still can wait for the GEO Cons to maximize it.. Really loves Ungabunga Noelle and Itto so far~

Ar 56 just cleared spiral abyss because I only have venti, zong li, Jean, qiqi, tighnari, Nahida and tartaglia yep no proper dps. But nahidaaaa boosted my dmg like hell

I play since launch on more than one account and I generally can't 36* in fact don't even bother trying. I've only ever got 36* twice so far and only one of those was first try. The rewards are nowhere near enough to justify the additional grind and playing characters I don't care to otherwise.

Been Playing since day one. I have never beaten Spiral Abyss 36 star. I probably have the characters to do it, but I am too damn lazy to look for videos on team building.. So I am forever stuck in a 32-34 star cycle.

I think it's skill issue for me how tf do I have a well built Hu Tao with good supports such as Xinqiu and Raiden and Ganyu also built quite good and still not get 36*😭

I have a hard time 36 starring because of my 350-450 ping. Character switching takes so long and it’s somehow worse on pc. I live in South Asia and play on America server so ofc I get high ping but even on Asia server I get 300 ping😭
