One comment already pointed it out, but a lot of the higher ranking builds were specifically calculated to get that ranking (using Optimiser and inputting the combo and team buffs). All the characters I've uploaded for leaderboards were done like good and are all in top 1~6%, but they do share a lot of the same artifacts and so (like the site points out) it's really just an artifact flex a lot of the time rather than the gear you have spread over an entire team.

@@Office3 Yes, of course, I don't wanna start a "difficulty" discussion but chances are if you even know of this site or optimiser you're very likely already easily getting 36* in abyss or close to it. Top 2% and 3% would be very good yes lol, I'd tentatively say that if the rankings were made up of mostly people interested in getting/being stronger, then already top 50% is good - most of the builds are from people who know they have good artifacts and made a build or profile *for* the site.

​@@Office3 That isn't exactly what the site is for or what it means, but if they aren't sharing artifacts, your Kazuha and Ayaka (assuming they both have enough ER so that you can do their stuff smoothly) are probably nearing their "best" potential and it'll get harder and harder to improve their artifacts - you can of course keep farming for them, but it's probably a sign that you should move on and use resin on something more efficient (EoSF/Shime domain) that will improve your account and other characters overall.

I have some top 20% characters with several 20-25 CV pieces. So long as you know how to build your characters, you can at the very least rank decently

I checked the top DIlucs in that site and Crimson witch domain is definitely cursed. Almost all the top Dilucs use the same 19.4 cv circlet for DIluc even myself who doesnt have that good of a Diluc has the same 19.4 cv circlet after checking mine.

BRUH. I definitely don't even fathom the understanding of Mr. PP's investment, but I would be ecstatic to have 1173rd "best" Raiden out of 47167 and 343rd "best" Yelan out of 10376. The despair makes sense considering the horror that is artifact RNG in Genshin. I would think having all Six showcase characters above the 5% mark would put his account above the 1% of all players reporting. Some might have better goblets and sands on ONE of their characters, but I'd wager precious few have as many near god tier pieces across as many characters as you do Xlice. My Yelan hit top 3% in the overall Aqua leaderboard with a CV of 263.6 mostly cuz my Yelan in game uses FavBow since otherwise she only has 106ER and is also paired with XQ to battery, so my artifacts are super flex and not what most people would use.

WHile I get most people use Yelan for her burst cause it's so strong...kind hate the fact that the rest of her kit is like barely taken into account since it's all based on her ER T-T Her E's and breakthrough barbs hit like monsters

my Eula is my strongest artifact wise and still needs more crit rate in my opinion to be ideal. the website is cool but as someone with C6 characters and probably unconventional teams, while it's cool to see math predone to predict my outputs, it's not super reflective of my account. like my Hu Tao is C6 so her crit is only like 26% or so, yet her crit dmg is barely less that 300% and besides Eula who just hits cracked numbers for me (for everyone), Hu Tao is my strongest build and her vapes hit hard. similar for my Yelan. really hope that my Cyno will have high rank when/if they add him. i was shocked to see my Diluc is in the top 5%, but i'm sure part of that is only people who've kept with him in the long run are really showcasing him. a fun video to watch and honestly reassuring as someone who believes they don't have the best builds. i know they could definitely be more optimized, but it's nice to see that others also don't get the most amazing artifacts

i mean having 200 crit dmg in a vacuum isnt all that helpful. yeah you got 200 crit dmg but what about your other stats. 200 cd but with only like 50 cr and 100 er is worse than something like 160 cd, 70 cr and 120 er, y'know? it also depends on your artifacts and team comp. for example, ayaka in freeze with blizzard strayer would befine with 25-35 cr cause of the 4 pc passive

Sometimes I like hitting it, most of the time, I really just don't care lmao My cyno uses skyward spine cause him having that er and getting his burst up reliably is better than making him have the highest dmg (I have homa for example)

It is only bad when it comes to dps with crit ascension stats using crit weapons. Even so, that minimum range is an overkill and not really significant unless you want to do showcases. The goal is always to have a good crit ratio, making sure your character already deal decent dmg before crit (by building enough ATK, EM, HP, DEF or whatever your character scales with) and for characters relieying on their bursts, making sure that they can spam it when it is ready. I have been running in the abyss with 190% crit dmg hu tao and ganyu, 160% Eula and Wanderer ,and 140% crit dmg Raiden and Yelan but all of them are good enough to clear it

My Xianling is in the 60's i was number 65 now i am 67, if i ever get a good sand piece i will go up a lot the people in front of me have like 10-100 dmg difference. I wish they had Bennet up there or Rosaria and Ningguang they are my best characters along with Xianling.

3:13 What does it mean for that build to be "over an 1.8"? Is that a rating scale for crit stats from artifacts? If so, where can I find information that?

It refers to the crit value of his artifacts on the build. The formula he uses is 1+((crit rate/100)*(crit damage/100)), purely the artifacts though, so ascension stats, base stats and weapon aren't included. So a 1.8 build can have 80 crit rate and 100 crit damage on artifacts alone. A 1.5 build would be like 50 crit rate and 100 crit damage or 70 crit rate and a little over 70 crit damage. Another measurement for crit value is the 2*crit rate + crit damage formula, which gives you the total stats instead of a rating on the balance between crit rate and damage like in the first formula.

(I used this website to see Nahida, but it doesn't include all possible teams. I can make my Nahida top 3%, but she's weaker that way in the time im using her in than making her top 12%. She lacks EM and my team boosts it to the sky while the akasha doesn't.) Skill issue

I did that domain exclusively for a year and a half, and spent barely over 100k resin but it only gave me good shiminawa pieces. My hu tao is #60 for charge atk vape. Meanwhile my raiden is only #3,969. I have gotten 16 40+ cv artifacts from that domain and all but 1 is shiminawa. Im back to farming it hoping I can get a crit dmg emblem circlet for yelan with more than 1 roll in crit, and hopefully my first 40cv emblem flower or feather before summer.
