I view LHR as a semi permanent method. Managing your expectations is the key take away message! I did my full legs and underarms- haven’t needed to shave my legs in almost 2 years. Still do for my underarms but it grows in slower and finer

I finally took the plunge with Milan and its unlimited treatments for life. I’m so happy as most are gone except for 6 gray hairs vs me now not shaving hardly at all. I was shaving every day!! Game changer for me I’m ready to do my other body parts!

I've had laser hair removal done with the YAG laser about 15 years ago, and im glad I got it done but LHR is a continuous process. Even though the hair doest come back as thick (if done correctly and right machine), I still till this day get thin hairs that come up. In total, I've had about 25 sessions completed (keep in kind packages typically allot 6 sessions), and I still get hairs. So yes, this is an effective process yet continuous.

Try hair electrolysis. It's permanent and it FDA approved. I started growing thick hairs on my chin in my 30s. I gifted myself hair electrolysis as a birthday present one year.... and it was definitely one of the best gifts to myself. It's been slightly over 10 years now and my chin is still smooth.

Have you considered finishing up your treatments with a home IPL? I’ve been using one I bought on Amazon. It’s going slow because I’m using a low setting as a brown skinned girl. But it’s definitely working. I’m thrilled with the results.

Between PCOS and Menopause I decided it was time to do remove some hair. I started with doing a little research and I actually watched your video and another KZbinr. I then did some research online. I live in NYC and I chose laseeraway because they have a lot of locations and they are always running sale ( don't care for their finance company but the employees of laserway are great)and they use a laser for darker skin, and all sessions are performed by a nurse(outside of NYC it is performed by a NP) I am half way through my session and I will probably sign up for the maintenance package. I know that as long as I am alive my hair is going to grow and thank God for that right. However they are coming in much lighter and I am no longer dealing with painful ingrown hairs and I used to have a lot skin discoloration and my skin is evening out. So I really appreciate you sharing your journey

I would say on a scale from 1-10 it’s a 4 or so. It’s like a pinch for just 1 second. More of an unexpected pinch that lasts for less than a minute, which is good.
