lots of ideas stole from each houses I visited... LOL. Back door brought at 25, Jalan SS 14/2 (doorsdesign). No I did not move out, house was bought basic and immediately renovated. I was staying in my apartment during the renovation

Hi Chester, you have a beautiful house.....you hired ID ? I noticed you have installed aircon in the upstairs hall. I intend to do the same but worried on the length of pipe that cross to the back of the house and easily leak. How do you manage this ? You seems to build an internal 3rd floor. Is it supported by concrete floor ? I have a high ceiling and not sure how to do it. Thanks

Tq. No I did not use ID, Aircond pipes needs to be flush every time I do service for preventive maintenance. Yes 3rd flood has concrete floor and also construct staircase too

Really depending on the area you're staying. many gated communities doesn't have grills anymore but they do have CCTV cameras

It's just ceramic tiles, I purchase a higher quality tiles for my top. Even the side of the tiles is black in color to match the top
