Butter Bell: I've been using one of these for over 20 years. You DO NOT need a utensil to pack the bell. Just peel the paper back from your stick of butter, moving the paper to cover the palm of your hand and just mash the butter into the bell. So easy. You leave it on the counter and you always have nice soft butter for spreading.

I’ve never truly understood the dislike for air up. I got one to try it out and it genuinely has been a good product. I used to only drink fizzy drinks or squash/cordial, but now I’m only on water. The pods work, some better than others, but I’ve had no issues and only positives
@BriBCG

@@remus5759 I think most people's annoyance with it is people pretending to like it when in reality very few people actually end up liking it. Even for people trying to kick a dependence on sugary drinks there's a sea of sugar free drinks that you can try out instead of trying to trick your senses into thinking the drink has flavor.

@@remus5759would you have liked it as much if tou had to pay the full…. What $100 for the kit? Getting one to try out is fine and dandy, having to pay quite a bit of money for one and keep paying for the pods i think is where some of the issues may come from.

I bought that exact omelet maker and I use it almost every day. The only caveat is that I don't have a kitchen in my apartment and the only sink is a bathroom sink, so I'm not using that to clean dishes. As a result, having something that I can make eggs in and wipe down a couple times with a damp paper towel to clean is a huge help for my diet.

I have a Kodiak cube, the green rubber went hard, then crumbled off and no protection for the charging plug. Also left it on high beam and the plastic lens cracked and split apart from the reforming of melted plastic. Still works, just covered the outside with Gorilla Tape, to protect the internals, yes I managed to save the flap, and put it under the tape then cut it out with x-acto knife. The lens cracking and splitting was more recent, and I have not sourced a piece of plastic to replace it. The magnet works good and I find myself still using it almost daily.

I've had the Blender Bottle pro for years. It has multiple compartments that you can screw onto the bottom. It comes in handy if you need multiple mixes or supplements with you, or even snacks. It is very sturdy and survived quite a few drops down concrete stairs. The biggest negative IMO is that there is no insulation, so the outside and bottom become covered with condensation, ruining whatever powder you put in the storage, and ice melts quickly. Can coozies don't fit, so I cut a piece of cheap yoga mat and hot glued a sleeve shape. Much more attractive than my previous effort: shoving in an old gym sock.

Same. It reminds me of the years I spent making rice in a pot. Like...why?! 😂 I finally got my act together and bought a $30 Aroma rice and slow cooker. I already have a bigger slow cooker, so it's just used for rice and it does its job beautifully. No more having to baby sit a pot of rice so that it didn't bubble over (which, it almost always did anyways). I could finally multi-task during dinner. I don't know why I allowed myself to suffer for so long 😅

For me, the air up was effective with flavour but because of the way it works with taking in so much air with the water every time you drink I found that after less than 24 hours of use I had such awful bloating and painful trapped wind that I had to stopped using the bottle. I do have some health issues that include digestive issues, but I would say that digestive health issues (such as irritable bowel syndrome, etc) are not uncommon at all, yet when I contacted the company they seemed to never have heard of anyone ever having had an issue like mine before, which seems strange as I can't be completely unique. It felt like they didn't want to admit that it might be a real issue in case I was going to demand some kind of compensation, which I wasn't, I just wanted to report an issue I had experienced and see if there was any possible way to resolve the issue so I could keep using the bottle as I really wanted to like it (and I was very clear in my message to them that this was my aim in messaging them). I did try the bottle a couple more times with the same results and ended up giving it away to a friend's daughter

@OlqdbplO
@OlqdbplO 3 ай бұрын
This is a late reply and I don't know if someone already made you aware of this. The Spillnot relies on the physical properties of a pendulum. Liquids in a center balanced pendulum will move in the same way, the pendulum itself moves. The liquid won't spill unless you cause an irregularity in its movement. For two cups you need two Spillnots, as each cup needs to turn into a pendulum.

The Light Board with its smudges, fingerprints, hard to find replacement pen, and kitchen light, is not worth the cost, the clock was too cheaply made, the blade of the blender was too sensitive. Overall, the blender will most likely be hit and miss. Anything that attaches to my phone, worries me, as the magnet may fail at some point, the charging feature is handy though, but is too expensive. The doughnut maker is a fail, and in comparison, making them in an Air Fryer is a bit like apples and oranges, and it will probably end up at the back of a cupboard soon. The Spill Not is chancey, and do we need to pay for an item so as to make it handy to carry a drink around? Well, if a person had two arthritic hands, it may be useful?! The omelet maker costs money and takes up space. However, we can use a frying pan just as easy. I missed your original test of the bottle, but again, it appears to be too gimmicky. Also, unlike turning on the tap, a person would need to keep spending money to buy replacement pods. 😢 I would love to see your stash of ‘dud items’; bet it is large.

Just noticed all your videos end at 24 seconds. Does this have anything to do with the year? Have noticed the 23 ending vidros 2 months ago

I just wanted to say that I’m loving the black kitchen. The blonde was nice but the black is much better. I have a friend who lives in the same house floorplan here in Vegas. And his kitchen is blonde. I’m going to show him the black conversion. I think he will like it.

I just bought a Kettle today, nothing fancy cuz we use it a lot thus we buy a couple every year. Apparently, kettles are not so popular in the States compared to Canada.

They’re getting more popular here as people figure out that they’re good for stuff like ramen and not just tea. I’ve had mine for about 6 years. I do use it daily.

Over 6 minutes to boil a kettle seems extremely long. I'm in the UK where everyone has electric kettles, I wonder if it takes so much longer than I'm used to because it's not a very good kettle or because of the voltage difference between the US and UK.

Electric kettles have their efficiency in the high 90%'s. The differences in heating times are always based on the electricity they receive. There is close to no effect based on design. Maybe a couple of seconds. When deciding on different kettles, the only differences are materials quality, design and additional features (like safety features).

That electric kettle experience is not rare. It happens even here in Argentina where regular kettles are used daily (most of us drink mate instead of coffee or tea). You think you have no need for an electric kettle until you get one and then you don't know how to managed without one all those years. Lol

The whole Air Up thing is weird anyway. First you swallow a lot of air, which cause bloating, gas, burping, or even abdominal pain. Second if people really want to drink more water then just drink water. Water is cheap, giving it a flavor is just marketing ploy to get you to buy what gives the flavor to the water. People who say water tastes bad, which might be just an over reaction and you just aren't used to it. If you live in a country with proper water purification then there's no reason not to drink tap.

Please remember that not everyone lives the same life you do. There are plenty of neurodivergent people who quite literally can not drink plain water for many different reasons. I personally can force myself to do it in an emergency, but I absolutely will pick unflavored soda water over plain flat water every time and there are plenty of days where I'll simply not drink any water if I don't feel super dehydrated if I'm out of soda water (I have a SodaStream to help keep me stocked, but sometimes the cO2 canisters run out before I can get a refill). My kid won't do it at all unless its in a very specific bottle, doesn't matter if they see me pour it from the tap or a bottle/can, if it isn't decanted in to that very specific bottle they like, it won't happen. All that to say, not everyone who won't drink plain water is "over reacting" or trying to be fussy, sometimes there's a legitimate reason why they honestly can't and its not your job nor place to judge them for that. 😊

@@wendys6438 Well I know that and respect it. It's that in general there is no reason to not drink normal water, and we are conditioned to drink something with a flavor because that's what's good for the people who sell it. Soda water is fine. Spring water from some fancy spring is fine.Someone saying, for instance, they can only live on coca cola or something like that then that is silly. Water does not taste like anything or else we would be tasting water all the time in our mouths. The only reason water taste like something is because what minerals are in it, and that's something which you could get used it. Again not shaming people who have legitimate reasons to not drink or eat something because they are neurodivergent.

If the donuts are deep fried they definitely taste different. But the donut maker just bakes circular waffles. You even have to turn them. Very basic.
