Definitely enjoyed the video, but with this being one of the first things I watched today, it's gonna be rough sticking to the diet! I see people saying not to count the liquid. I would count the liquid calories.. If you had an orange you'd count it, so why not orange juice? The calories come from carbs/protein/fat, it's all important to count in my opinion.
