Love the vids, man! Years back when I was at school (20+ years) I started working out but I did it little by little. It all began with jogging on the spot to star jumping, then when I was at college I went in my college's gym to workout some more. I then discovered I had a 4 pack. Nowadays I do situps every so often at my home and my abs are improving :-) When I was at college my friends and me had an abs challenge and I won lol.
