I am so sorry, I study research on grant programs only in the US. Try to contact your government officials, churches, any non-profits and if you have insurance providers then contact them all and just explain what's going on and ask them if they know of anywhere you and your father could get help and just keep making calls and talking to people until you find the help you need. I wish you luck!

I would like to get some help for my wife and myself who are both disabled, homeless with two emotion support dogs trying to survive off my wife's $883 SSDI payments each month that may run out at the end of this year. I keep getting denied disability but cannot work and also cannot collect unemployment benefits. We could really use the help you speak of but we cannot afford to pay you any kind of monthly payments and find that to sound like a scam to be honest. If you can offer help without needing something in return then please help in anyway you can.
