@@WorshipRefocus That's because most of us here in Indonesia are only familiar with the numerical notes. We learn and are taught using it at church, school and other institutions. While the block notes is mostly used at music schools and by some big professional choirs. Btw, we say 1 as doe, 2 as ray, 3 as me, and so on.

@@justpatricia21 that makes sense! Thanks for sharing. Ah yes, I like using solfege (do, re, mi, fa...) also. It's the same as numbers as you know, but for people who don't know solfege it can be harder to remember the syllables. I think it's a really great way to learn notes.
