hey i have same inverter like you just 12kw model 3 phase . today was first day when we connected it . i didnt connect battery yet, it was very cloudy day. i have 8.8kw of solar connected to it i tried to run house with sol mode or sbu mode it couldnt handle 1,5kw load. it shows input voltage of solar around 700 volts but amps are so low. is that normal for coudy day so it cannot run house ? later on day i hooked up 48v 100ah lfp battery and i saw it charging from panels . is cloudy day making amps too low to run whole house or at least 3kw ?
